If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in the original packaging, with all seals, in new condition.  

If your order arrived damaged, we will exchange the product as long as it is in its original packaging and without signs of use, within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Meeting these requirements, we offer the option of exchange or full refund of the amount paid.  

After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 48 hours, via the Post Office. We offer fast and secure shipping options, with variable delivery times depending on your location.
